Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-oriented Loader Operator to join our landscape supply team. You will be responsible for loading customer vehicles, filling delivery trucks, and maintaining organized material stockpiles. As well, you will be screening topsoil & triple mix, and maintaining the screen plant

Primary Responsibilities:
• Operate a front-end loader to move and load bulk landscape
materials (soil, mulch, stone).
• Interact professionally with retail and wholesale customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard; manage stockpiles to
prevent cross-contamination of materials.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and basic preventative
maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with other yard duties during downtime.
Requirements:
• Proven experience operating a front-end loader a necessity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining
high safety standards.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

• Reliable transportation and availability for Saturday shifts
during peak season.

• Duties include operating the screen plant to make topsoil & triple mix.

• Maintain the screen plant and regular clean up around the plant.

Key Qualifications Required

• Precision Loading: The ability to hit target weights
consistently (to avoid overloading trucks or shortchanging
customers).
• Material Knowledge: A quick eye for different products
(e.g., distinguishing between screened topsoil, triple mix, and
various grades of mulch or stone).
• Safety Consciousness: Awareness of what is going on in
the yard (customers walking in the yard) and overhead
hazards.
• Basic Maintenance: Willingness to perform daily grease-ups
and fluid checks.
